Burger King in Aachen

Bad and rude staff. Protective masks are not worn properly (not even halfway) After I ordered something from the couppons and told the cashier four times that I would like it as a large menu, I got it in small sizes. Then I am back and asked him kindly about the small menu, but the employee showed no understanding. In terms of courtesy, the Lord was also lacking in goodbye or good afternoon was also asking too much.

it was actually good so far but my chilli cheese fries was really little sauce although I even paid extra for more sauce and the 2 other fries were hard .. so I still like to go there but the fries weren't good. .

So the food was as always and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bad review only refers to the fact that if you are unfamiliar with the area you can hardly find the drive in counter. Hopeless in the dark when it rains. Totally stupid location and stupid signs.

Today the 19.12.20 was there, super unfriendly staff. When asked several times why there are no more bacon cheese friezes there was no answer. In my opinion, it doesn't deserve a single star.

Food was okay and the order was complete except for the coke. However, we received these upon request. The food was freshly prepared and tasted accordingly. Those who want fast food are in good hands here.

Today I unfortunately had to find out again that you are here ....... I wanted to redeem a voucher from the Burger King app. The young lady at the checkout told me that this would not be possible with this coupon (it is still valid until December 6th, 2020). She refused to scan the voucher. Funny only that the voucher was valid in Aachen Brand. Instead of investing in a new building, you'd better do that in your staff. For me it always means to drive the longer way to Aachen Brand. I can't get there anymore.

Nice modern, bright new presentation. Unfortunately, the American burger stalls style fell by the wayside. Still well done.

The staff is stiff and unfriendly. There was a burger missing from my order and there was nothing they wanted to do to rectify the issue, on a 60euro order. I will eat at BK again, but never there again.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The full rubbish bins were standing around everywhere and the rubbish lay on the floor in front of the restaurant. We like to eat at Burger King, but we've never seen it like this before.

It used to be better. Nothing was tasty, neither the King Box nor the Whopper menu, not even the ice cream was delicious. Then we (two) struggled with stomach / intestines for the rest of the day. Very down and anything but cozy. In addition, everyone had to wait until their things were ready. Keep your distance, especially in the Corona period, etc. not great. Other branches are better and taste fresher and you don't have gastrointestinal problems elsewhere either. We were there last time.

A completely rocked-down place! Torn upholstery, the waitresses wear capped clothes, the toilets are beyond good and evil. Trees are already growing on the roof. It is best to disinfect your hands when you go out than when you go in.

Have visited many Burger King restaurants but this one won't get a second visit. It's very dated inside, everything is totally worn and worn out. The toilets weren't really clean either, the toilet bowl was cracked, the taps were shaking. The arrows on the floor showing the direction are only partially stuck. Ancient tube televisions still hang on the ceilings. The tables outside were sticky and dirty. Trash cans outside were all too full. The food and the service were okay. But especially during Corona times you expect a much higher hygiene standard as it was offered there yesterday.

Corona update: The crew all are only wearing their masks around the chin (just in case) and the boss has none at all. Good food, but somewhat slow crew at times

Goods received as ordered, bad experience only with competitors and larger orders with missing parts. Service at the counter was friendly. Recently I have noticed the poor quality of the drive-in intercom, as well as the military lack of words including the timbre of the voice. Missing epithets such as "please" or no salutation with "they" give the impression of unfriendliness.

They're heartily hardworking enough and they are very friendly to customers but at the Drive- in, they have to make sure you don't a pack of chicken nuggets or potato fries or one of chicken burgers you've paid for and let u drive

Better than the US version of the same thing

For a fast food restaurant it is fine to order. You have to wait for meals since then, but then the burgers and fries taste good too. Staff Is friendly and the business was clean and tidy during my visit. Furniture is fairly worn out.

This was a really clean and nice decorated BurgerKing. We had the Rebel Whopper!!! Deeelicious!😀👍Apart from the mayonnaise it's VEGAN! And tastes really good! I would really recommend it.

Low qualty food freis was very cold and hard very disappointed

Ask for tripple Cheeseburger but was given Double Cheeseburger...always check your Orders before living.

This was a disappoint burger king have rules and standards, the burger when you open we see the salad isn't fresh, the bread is not prepared on the same time that the meat was cooked, but the meat was not cooked when we make the order because is come dry.

They have decent seating options and the customer staff is fairly okay , Its not as overpriced thanks to the coupons from the app and the food is alright . The benches are really bouncy though
